Teun Hardjono, author of several books, started his career at Berenschot and is a professor since 1997 certification and quality management at RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam, because the Council for Accreditation. He also performs various other positions including the presidency of the foundation SqEME®. He was asked as first Dutchman to join the International Academy for Quality in 2007 and took the initiative together with the NNK to the establishment of the Dutch Academy for Quality.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences and strategy days, which he awards intriguing and surprising thought models tongues loose and able to put ideas into motion. He is not afraid to touch, if necassary, the boundaries between business and the hard life meaning and philosophical issues.
